"When" seems to be the key. Places and networks where it was previously reliable have become unreliable. There seems to be too many times this is happening, and reliability seems to be more inconsistent. Not sure what the updates are really doing?

Connection drops very often and you may miss FaceTime calls or other VOIP calls. Also, during FaceTime calls connection gets interrupted frequently and you have to manually reconnect.

I have tried a lot of different VPNS and express VPN blows them all out of the water. I did several speed tests with each different one installed and I lost substantial speed with them installed, but express vpn is the only vpn I used that I didnt lose 1MB speed lose. After doing I trail on all of the main vpns I purchased a year subscription to express vpn for $99.99 and I am very happy I did so. God Bless Joe D

Ive used also some of the other apps of VPNs...but this time its perfect!. Highly recommended.

I have several platforms running ExpressVPN. Each of the others is very consistent and works great. The iOS platform does not work great. Maybe its location and time... but if that was true... why are the other platforms working first time every time? Needs some work. Plus I constantly have to install my connection profile. Thats annoying.

Using LA server works great to google and such in China. But I could not watch euro soccer using any server.

I speak several different languages and enjoy watching programs in their original language which because of satellite rights, copyrights, etc. are not always available, so I simply change my location, get an IP address and its TV time! I also have a daughter who lives in China, so when Im there I definitely need a VPN, otherwise Facebook and most other social networks are not allowed! I tried other apps but I really like VPN, Ive never had a problem. (Using IOS material.)

the last two updates have basically made it impossible to use EVPN on my 6+ using data in China. Error after Error gives you an unsatisfactory review not happy

They helped me via instant chat setting it up on my PlayStation and Helped me with little hiccups which required me to change servers to watch Netflix while abroad.highly recommended

Its very good and helpful in places where you need it most. But needs improvement in terms of speed could be a lot faster.

Actually works in China mostly great, even though speed is very slow it has almost 100% uptime and customer service is great.

When trying to connect it may not work on the first (second, third, or fourth attempt) but eventually it usually gets you there. When disconnecting, even though the VPN does not appear (signifying that you are no longer passing through the VPN) it may still effect your system. I lost all data functionality both over LTE and wifi because it had not properly disconnected when I selected it.

Service can be unreliable at times. Frequently cuts out/disconnects. Often fails to connect when connected to network via Wi-Fi. VPN tends to bog down network speeds quite a bit regardless of location. When it is working, its a great app and their customer service is excellent!

Does what it does. Not the most options and not the best deal. But fast and nice interface. Im sticking with it.

Hell yes !!!! Have used many and find this by far the best in terms of pricing, customer service and connections and speed. Recommended!!
